I like this product because it seems to be working on my kidneys, adrenals, and even liver. I can tell my kidneys are working better while taking it because my body is less swollen with water. I ordered two more bottles, so I can keep taking it for a couple more months at least.

It's effective and not harsh on the body system. I'm on several pain and nerve medications that tend to bind my system and I've tried other softeners and laxatives and they just don't work as effectively as Bowel Motion.
